THE ABSOLUTE STANDARD™
Confidence isn't given. It's built. Since 2013, Absolute Martial Arts has provided Wayne and Passaic County families with purposeful, high-standard martial arts and Krav Maga training.
30 YEARS OF TRAINING.
25 YEARS OF TEACHING.
Master Chris Heiser is a 5th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo and a 1st Dan Black Belt in Krav Maga. Over his 25 years of teaching, he has refined an instructional style that combines strict technical standards with genuine care for every student's growth.
Since opening Absolute Martial Arts in Wayne in 2013, Master Chris has trained more than 1,500 students — from 4-year-old Tigers taking their first steps on the mat to adults mastering practical self-defense.
OUR CORE PRINCIPLES
Everything Earned
We don't hand out belts or participation trophies. Students learn that hard work, repetition, and overcoming minor setbacks create genuine pride and self-worth.
Age-Appropriate Structure
Four distinct age divisions ensure 4-year-olds aren't overwhelmed, teens receive real challenges, and adults learn realistic self-defense.
Family Community
Our dojo is a welcoming community where instructors know students by name, parents feel supported, and classmates lift each other up.
